1. Event Capacity
Our events are designed to create an enjoyable and meaningful experience for all attendees. To ensure the quality of our events, we have implemented a maximum capacity limit of 150 registrations for each event. This limit is set to maintain a comfortable and engaging environment for everyone.
2. RSVP Confirmation
Upon signing up for any of our events, you will automatically receive an email confirming your registration and asking you to RSVP via a separate button in order to get on the guestlist. This email will contain all details of the event.
3. RSVP Deadline
We kindly request that all attendees RSVP for events they plan to attend no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event date. This advance notice helps us in preparing for the event, ensuring that we have adequate resources, materials, and seating arrangements to accommodate all participants.
If you register for an event within 2 weeks of a scheduled event, you will have 24 hours to RSVP.
4. Attendance Policy
a. RSVP Yes and Attend: If you RSVP “yes” and attend the event as planned. We appreciate your commitment to our community and look forward to your active participation.
b. No RSVP or Failure to Attend: If you fail to RSVP “no” or RSVP “yes” but do not attend the event without providing an appropriate cancellation notice, you may be subject to the following consequences: Suspended from attending events for an extended period
Repeat RSVP issues from individuals may lead to: Permanent exclusion from attending events
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, preventing you from attending an event you RSVP’d for. In such cases, we appreciate your timely communication to inform us of your change in plans.
5. Appeals and Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe that there are extenuating circumstances that led to a non-compliance with our RSVP policy, you have the right to appeal any consequences imposed. Please contact our event coordinator Luke Wilde (luke@londontechleaders.io).

This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated as needed to better serve our community and maintain the quality of our events. Any changes will be communicated to all registered members in advance.
